I wanted to be able to help my sister’s family by raising some money for my niece’s medical bills. This month Kylie was diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis and it’s progressed to the point where she is in stage two liver failure. Kylie will need a new liver because even with steroids, autoimmune hepatitis will keep attacking her liver. My sister Amber and her husband Adam are amazing parents. They have four children two boys and two girls. Amber and Adam have been in and out of the hospital with their youngest son since he was born. All the medical bills keep piling up and I want to help lessen their stress, so they will be able to be there for all the children and not have to worry about expenses. Kylie is the most upbeat little 8 year old girl you will ever meet. She is very caring and outgoing. She is loved by so many people.
The money will be used for medical bills and getting to and from appointments. Amber and Adam have had to miss work to get her to her appointments and there are many more yet to come. Kylie will start seeing specialty doctors at University Of Michigan in Ann Arbor and the cost of traveling and lodging will soon add up.
