Kylie has B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. It is a common and very treatable form of leukemia. She will stay at Stanford for a minimum of 10-14 days to prepare for and begin therapy. Then she will be able to come home and receive out patient treatments in SLO with occasional stays at Stanford for treatment. Kylie is taking the news as well as she can.The first thing she said is,”I don’t want to go bald”. That is unfortunately going to happen as a result of the treatment. Now her friends want to take her wig shopping. She is amazing, brave, and strong. She is a fighter and she will beat this!! Love you Kylie!!
