Kylie was an only child being raised by her most favorite person in the world, her loving mother. Kylie was with her friends on a girl scout trip when tragedy struck. Kylie was a very loving, always smiling, nurturing soul that we all miss dearly. I would like to provide some kind of relief even if it's just financial to my best friend of over 30 years during the most tragic, heartbreaking time of her life.
