Kyle's top surgery

Hello, this feels awkward to ask but currently I find myself reaching out sincerely for support as I push for this big next step in my life!

My name is Kyle, I’m 24 and I’ve been seeking out to get top surgery for the past three and a half years. I have had a long journey with ups and downs in my self-discovery but in recent times, partnered with my all time low financial situation, I am here asking for your support to finally move forward in my life.

I have gone through a significant change in life ever since I started T when i was 20. But despite all the positives that have come with me starting, it has left all the negatives that it doesn't change feel a lot worse.
