Donate to Kyle's New Life Journey

Hello ~ My name is Lauren Dillon and I have the privilege of being close friends with The Ewing Family. It is with a mixture of sadness and feelings of defeat sprinkled with a bit of hope, that this fundraiser is being created.

Michelle and Steve need our help.

For years, Kyle (their 15 yr old son) has battled with emotional and behavioral issues that have created havoc in their home. Michelle and Steve have done everything possible to help - individual therapy, family therapy, parental workshops - you name it, they’ve done it.

At this point, Kyle is self-destructive and seems bent on throwing his life away, while creating an unsafe environment for every family member in the home.

Steve and Michelle are excellent parents and want Kyle to be a happy, God-loving, confident, young man with a bright future. They will do everything in their power, and in God’s Will, to help Kyle.

They have been led to register Kyle for a 15-month Teen Challenge Program in Florida that has years of experience in dealing with these same types of issues. Kyle is set to enroll on March 9th.

The program is $65,000. (yes, you read that right!) When I said they were excellent parents - this is an example. There is NOTHING that will stop them from getting Kyle the help that he needs. They are trusting that God will pave the way.

This is where we (brothers and sisters in Christ, family, and friends) get the opportunity to show Michelle and Steve that they are not alone, and that they are loved and supported.

They are not giving up or giving in. They are fighting for Kyle’s future!

Let’s show them that they aren’t fighting alone.
