Kyle's Emergency Top Surgery Fund

I've been in the process of scheduling top surgery for almost 6 months, dealing with issues with insurance, and finally I have been approved, but with an unfortunate catch:

I need $2150 by this Wednesday, the 30th of August, and I need to have my surgery scheduled for the end of this September. Due to the process expiring at 6 months, and causing me to deal with the entire process over again if I don't get surgery now, postponing surgery and possibly resulting in another last minute scheduling again.

Not only do I need over $2000, I also need money for a month of time off from work, to recover fully and be ready and able to work again. I'm estimating to pay rent and eat food and afford supplies that go along with the surgery, I'll need at least $1000.

I'm graciously asking for help at this time, as I'll finally be able to be happy if I can get this surgery, one I've been waiting for since I was 14.

Any help is greatly appreciated, especially with such short notice. Nothing means more to me than this right now.
