This weekend, I’m taking on the West Highland Way in one go—154km with 3,900m of climbing, which we hope to complete in 12–14 hours.
I’m doing this in memory of my best friend, Kyle. He loved riding his bike—many of our happiest memories were spent in Cambusbarron Woods, building and riding trails with our friends, the cover photo says it all he loved his bike!
Tragically, Kyle passed away due to a car accident. I know he’d find this ride a fun challenge and sure he’d have loved to do it so I’m dedicating this effort to him.
I’ve chosen to support Brake, the road safety charity, because they work to make roads safer and support those affected by crashes. It’s a cause that couldn’t be more fitting.
If you can spare anything to support the fundraiser—or just share it—I’d be incredibly grateful.
