Kyle's Journey Home
Donation protected
While many college students were enjoying Halloween festivities at their schools on Saturday night Oct. 29th, my very dear friend, Mandy Kling, received news that her mom, Kyle Flynn had passed away unexpectedly in Alaska. Mandy is 21. Imagine having to hear such dreadful news while away at school? Imagine not knowing how or if you will be able to say goodbye because your mom was in ALASKA when the tragedy occured? Imagine feeling alone and out of control because you don't have the resources to give your mother a proper burial? Imagine the ache of thinking you can't lay your eyes on your beautiful mother one last time?
My name is Melissa Moran. Mandy has been my daughter, Bailey Dombroski's best friend since they were three years old. They shared birthdays, had sleepovers, went on vacations, graduated from high school (and soon college) with each other nearby. They cried together when grandparents and uncles died. They cried together when I had cancer and they are crying together now. Mandy is like a sister to Bailey and she is very special to all who know her, myself included. I love this girl!
Mandy's brother, Ryan Kremzar, is also struggling with this loss, as is Kyle's mother, Elain and sister, Deanna.
The family is trying to pool their resources together to pay for Kyle's final expenses. Yet, they are still short. It's very expensive to pass away and even more so when you need to come home from Alaska in order to have a service that will allow closure for the family. Kyle had no savings or life insurance. She had fallen on hard times these last years and left no funds to the children to aid in this cost.
With the help of Wallingford Funeral Home, arrangements have been made to get Kyle back and have a service. It is Mandy's wish and it will be granted. It means so much to all who love Mandy to allow her to say goodbye to her mother with love and dignity. Mandy will never be whole again because losing a mom leaves an indescribable emptiness, I know. But, with your help and generosity she will not bear the financial burden of burying her mom.
Please support this GO FUND ME so Mandy graduates with student loans and not loans from a funeral home. I thank you in advance and all donations will be kindly appreciated.
