Kyle has been crippled for 3 years, help him get surgery

Hello, my name is Kyle Hughes. I herniated a disc at work in Calgary in July 2021, and it has progressively worsened over the course of three years. I have a 6 mm disc herniation that is touching my l5-s1 nerve root. In a, recent MRI, it has not healed at all, and is in fact larger than it was two years ago. I live in daily extreme pain, shooting pain down my right leg and in my back, inflammation, muscle spasms are constant. I cannot sleep,walk, drive, lay down or do anything without being in extreme pain. This has severely put limits on my life, I have worked this entire time, as a residential support worker with adults with disabilities. I am currently on a waiting list for surgery, but was told there is no "time frame" they can give me, and it could be "years". I cannot function any longer like this and need to get surgical help or I'll end up homeless or on disability. I live in a ton of pills just to get through every day, and my overall health is greatly affected. Please help me raise funds to offset the costs of getting a microdisectomy privately in Canada. I am booking it for asap as I cannot function in my current state.
