Hey everyone, as many of you know, Kyle Hill is a wonderful father of four, husband, son and friend. He is a arborist/journey men tree trimmer who works hard to support his family. He was life-flighted late last night (April 5th) to the St. Charles Health System in Bend, OR, for immediate surgery. He dove into a pool too shallow causing his neck and sternum to break, and crushing his vertebrae. His surgery went well. The doctors were able to successfully take out the C5 vertebrae. However, he is on breathing/feeding tubes and not much feeling in the legs or movement in the arms. Kyle has a long road to recovery and I wanted to try and help cover some of the expenses so they don’t need to stress as much. The family does not currently have life flight insurance. He will be staying 7-10 days in St. Charles hospital, after that he will be transferred to a Rehabilitation Facility to get stronger again. We are not certain of any of the long term situations at this moment but it is better to be prepared rather than unprepared.
