Kyle Eastman's Medical Fundraiser

Hi, my name is Sammie. I am creating a fundraiser for Kyle Eastman and his family for medical bills and expenses. This fundraiser will be updated periodically as we get more information on this.

"I’ve been sitting here with his mom and listened to many doctors, and she has asked me to make this post. The staff at the hospital and his Mom realize people want to come by and visit Kyle but unfortunately they want to limit the amount of people at this point in time. But do not fret!

I am working on getting approval to have a benefit at G I Jades where everyone can come donate money and listen to music in support for Kyle. These things are just now being put in motion so just keep your ears and eyes peeled for official dates and times.

Also we have a local tattoo artist Dominic Sherritze at Mozaik Tattoo and Art Studio that wants to do a flash sheet of tattoos for Kyle to help with the funding and medical bills. This address is 431 Page Bacon Rd, Mary Esther, Florida.

KYLES HEALTH: So what we know about kyle as far as today goes.. he is not brain dead.. his mind is working in a delayed state but the doctor worded it as he may be in a state of confusion.. but there is brain activity. He is opening his eyes and seems like he reacts to us talking to him and stuff but he is also coming off of a lot of drugs the hospital has put him on.. so hopefully soon he will become more talkative and become more responsive.. I played him a video of Him, Taylor, and Ian playing a set at the old green door and he opened his eyes in the direction the phone was at and seemed like he was listening. I also played him some Sigur Ros .. and he responded well to that and a couple of times responded with noises but not actual words when we talked to him and asked him questions. I’m pretty sure he is secretly playing a prank on the doctors though because he only shows us movement and reactions when they’re not in the room lol (only a joke but his timing is impeccable) ..

Around 4/5pm today they will do an MRI to see what’s going on in his brain.. to see what he’s dealing with etc .. could be from a lack of oxygen or something else we don’t know yet. But that will give the doctor much more insight as to what steps can be taken next to get Kyle hopefully back to being 100% .. the results from the MRI might not be ready until tomorrow though. I will say, I am hopeful for him because when he saw me today he stared with wide eyes for quite some time and completely moved his head towards my direction for the first time so I think he atleast acknowledged/ recognized who I was.. but we just have to keep praying or sending good vibes and hope for the best for Kyle because he’s fighting a tough battle right now and if everyone can try and help his mother and family in anyway they could really use our help. If we can alleviate the stress from the family and come together as Kyle’s friends to help raise some money for his hospital bills and whatever type of funding might be necessary for this process.. we would be helping a great amount.

Kyle’s mom specifically asked me to post this status, so I am updating you all to the best of my understanding of the situation and asking you all to remain hopeful and positive for Kyle and his family.
