In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, one individual stood out as a true beacon of selflessness and resilience for our beloved island. That person is Kyle, a disabled veteran whom served our country overseas. He has been working helping rebuild the island working for his dad and other islanders. His generosity and unwavering commitment have left an indelible mark on our hearts. Now, it's our turn to give back to him.

Let us tell you what happened today...Kyle was hard at work this morning when a kind-hearted local stopped by to feed our precious chickens on Miramar Street. Little did we know that this act of kindness would trigger a series of events no one would have imagined.

An irate neighbor, who had previously threatened to harm the chickens, confronted the resident who was feeding them. Kyle, always ready to lend a helping hand, stepped in to protect the innocent chickens and the person caring for them.

In a shocking turn of events, the homeowner physically assaulted Kyle, causing his phone to be flung from his hand while being recorded. As if that wasn't enough, one of the homeowner's workers joined in the aggression, physically attacking Kyle as recorded by a bystander. Realizing the seriousness of the situation, that bystander called 911 and help was on the way. Even in that moment, Kyle's primary concern was the well-being of others - the chickens, the resident, and his unfinished work. It's clear that his incredible acts of bravery were driven by his unwavering dedication to doing what is right.

Fast forward to now, and Kyle finds himself in the hospital, undergoing extensive tests and scans due to the injuries he sustained. We admire his resilience and commitment to his community, and we want to rally around him during this challenging time.
