Dear Friend,
Greetings! I hope this letter finds you well.
My name is Kyle Bentley, and God has placed a deep passion in my heart for His Word and for equipping others to know Him more fully. Over the years, I have pursued this calling through extensive biblical training, graduating from several Christian schools designed to empower believers to teach Scripture and lead faith-based communities. I’ve completed programs in the School of the New Testament and the School of Biblical Studies (SBS), earned a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry and Leadership from Life Pacific University, and served on staff with the School of the Pentateuch. Each of these experiences has strengthened my conviction that biblical literacy is critical for the health and future of the Church.
After much prayer and consideration, I believe God is calling me to return to the School of Biblical Studies (SBS) with Youth With A Mission (YWAM)—this time as a staff member. The SBS is a nine-month, intensive Bible school that trains students to study the Scriptures inductively—helping them understand each book’s historical background, literary structure, and timeless truths. Students are equipped to not only grow in their own faith but to live and lead in ways that reflect Christ. As a graduate of SBS, I know firsthand how transformative this school is. It gave me the tools and boldness to handle God’s Word with accuracy and confidence.
Because YWAM is a missionary organization, its staff are not paid salaries—we raise financial support to cover our living and ministry expenses. That’s why I’m reaching out to you. I am seeking both prayer partners and financial supporters to help me step into this next season of ministry. Your partnership would directly empower me to disciple and equip students with a deep and lasting understanding of God’s Word.
The need for this kind of ministry is urgent. Studies show that 62% of Millennials and Generation X do not read the Bible at all, and overall biblical literacy in America continues to decline. We are living in a time when many people—even within the Church—are losing the ability to engage with Scripture. By supporting this mission, you are helping to reverse that trend. You are investing in the next generation of believers who will go on to teach and share the gospel with clarity and conviction.
Would you prayerfully consider joining me in this mission? Your prayers and financial support will make a tangible difference—not just in my life, but in the lives of the students who will be equipped to know, love, and live out the truths of Scripture.
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter and consider this opportunity. I would be honored to share more details about my mission, financial needs, or YWAM if you’d like. My contact information is included below, and I look forward to hearing from you.
Together, we can strengthen the Church by equipping disciples to know God’s Word.
With gratitude and hope,
Kyle Bentley
