Kyle and Lindsey's Move

On a day when my son and his wife should be the happiest in their entire lives, my son got a phone call from his job telling him that January 1st they are cutting his pay by 80% (yes 80%) unless he moves from Alaska to Los Angeles or New York City. He cant afford to move his wife and new baby there, let alone survive on what they are paying. So they have been faced with a bitter reality: Leave Alaska and return home to Augusta, Georgia while he looks for new work as a canine handler. They have very little in savings as they have been preparing for the arrival of their first child who was born 12/13. To rent a uhaul truck, it is over $6,000.00 which they just dont have, not to mention they would have to trailer a car too. My son told me, "Mom, if its between my family and my belongings, I'll choose my family every time." They are already sacrificing by leaving most of their belongings behind, but there are a few sentimental items that I would like to see if we can get them shipped home, i.e. brand new Nursey Furniture and a few other household items. I cannot believe that a private company could be so cold and heartless, especially since they knew Kyle and Lindsey had a baby on the way. Please, if you have it in your heart to donate, every little bit would help. My heart is aching for my son and his family, as we as parents never want to see our kids struggle.
