On 8/20/2023 Kyle and DeeAndra Sam and their oldest son Kelby were driving through Tahlequah, Oklahoma when tragedy struck. They got into a car wreck that would change everyone's lives forever. Kyle did not survive the wreck, DeeAndra was taken to a Tulsa hospital by helicopter in critical condition and still has a long road to make her recovery. Kelby (17) underwent jaw surgery as well as surgery for a broken arm. They have 3 kids that can use any and all the support we can give them. This family is a one of kind family both on and off sports fields.
