On January 4th, 2023, my niece Sheli Boone and her 2 children, Lynlee (9 months) and Kable (4 years), lives changed forever.

In mid-December, Lynlee was hospitalized in the ICU with an awful case of RSV. Sheli and her husband, Korey Boone, both needed to be with their baby in the hospital as she was fighting for her life. Korey and Sheli were able to do this; however, without any pay from their employers. The burden of household bills and medical bills were piling up. All they could do was pray that their baby would pull through and comfort one another. Thankfully, Lynlee did pull through and was able to return home with her family.

Then, on January 4th, only a few weeks later, Korey unexpectedly passed away, which left Sheli alone with two small children. Sheli is now a grieving single Mom with two little ones and burdened with funeral expenses, the medical bills and all of the backed up household bills.
