Sinus Surgery, Round Two

Donation protected
Hey there!! Thank you so much to everyone helping out so far with a place to stay, taking in my pup and kitty and helping me get out to California, and being there for emotional support. You have no idea what it means to me! This has been an incredibly hard couple months and I hate to ask it but I need some help paying for this next surgery. Please share! I appreciate it!

Back in December of last year I had two surgeries performed, one to rule out cancer and repair a damaged portion of my eye, and a second to repair my sinuses; I had a perforation in my septum related to allergies and trauma. Unfortunately the second surgery had a major complication. I was unaware at the time, but during my recovery I had experienced several fairly scary symptoms ranging from severe pressure and pain to bloody noses and spitting out peices of cartilage. My surgeon did multiple rounds of blood work and tests to rule out other cancers and auto immune disorders. All of my test came back normal!! However, after the surgery I was left with three perforations in my septum, my sinuses are in a much worse state after this first surgery.  This was a serious complication. It has all been an incredibly terrifying and painful road to find a doctor willing and able to help me. I have had four opinions. Each of which has been varied in opinion, and only one has been willing to help with a solution to the problem, not just maintenance. I flew out to California a couple weeks back to see one, if not the, top ENT sergeon in the country. The surgery I need performed is not one easily mastered, and most surgeons a have a 40-80% success rate depending on the technique used, if they offer to perform this surgery at all. If the surgery is not successful, I do not have much hope of a third operation. This is why I am going to the best out there. Dr. Hamilton of OHNI in Los Angeles has an incredibly high success rate (over 99%) and has performed some incredibly complex and dangerous procedures, but specializes in perforated septum repair. If I do not have the surgery performed I am looking at a potential host of life long complications; the hard part is time may be against me here, but there is no real telling. I have links and info ready for anyone curious about my situation. There is a longer, much more tragic/graphic story if you really want to hear it. I would love for some financial help with this as it is out of state, so some of the care provided is out of network for my insurance, but even just a share would be so incredibly helpful!! I am looking at a total cost of well over $10,000 just for the surgery itself, and will be out of work while recovering. Not only this, but I still need to pay off the last two surgeries, somehow keep my Dodge running, get tickets and a place to stay in California to have the surgery performed and feed myself. I did just file bankruptcy, and am trying so desperately not to destroy my hopes of good credit in the process of this medically necessary surgery. This is a very loaded situation and it has left me to make many hard choices, all along being stressed, working full time and experiancing pain. But I can do it with some help, so thank you for reading this far and spreading the word!!

(In order to have the surgery performed, I do have to pay a large sum up front by the 15th of March. I will need to pay $3,500 just to the facility. It covers a portion of the anesthesia and doctors office expenses. This does not include any other expense, and I realize I may need to push back the operation if I do not have the funds. Please help!)
