Kye Speaks...Autism Awareness

Hi, we are the family of Kye Armand McElroy. Kye is four years old and lives in Houston, TX. He is a fun, loving, outgoing little firecracker who was diagnosed with being on the Autism Spectrum when he was about to turn 3. With help from local school districts and his pediatrician, he has been able to be in school and learn with other kids on the spectrum. This school year Kye has been able to advance to be in Pre K with mainstream students and is pulled for 30 minutes for speech therapy. While we love that he is getting speech therapy in school, it would be GREAT for him to have additional help outside of school. To know KYE is to love him. And to see him learn has been the absolute best thing ever. He loves to learn new things, and he loves being outside. While his speech has improved and continues to improve, we want him to be able to communicate with everyone he comes in contact with.

We are partnering with Austin Speaks during April to be able to donate to their organization, and a portion of the proceeds will be used to get Kye the additional speech therapy he needs. Jeremiah 29:11 states, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
