Hi my name is Elvira Bailey and son Derek Gideons, trying to help my son/his brother, Loren Gideons get home for better medical care at the Cleveland Clinic. His insurance will not cover the trip back home.

On February 10, 2022 early morning Loren had a brain aneurysm burst in his head. He lived alone and was taken by EMS to the closest hospital.

Loren is a United States veteran and originally received all his medical care from the VA. But because he did not have prior approval to receive medical care at another hospital the morning of this incident, the VA denied any payment of medical care for him.

Loren resided in Las Vegas for the past 18 years, but is originally from Cleveland Ohio. He does not have family or support in Las Vegas and wants to come home for additional better care at the Clinic.

Loren needs a medical team air bus transport to oversee his return due to 3 brain surgeries he has had as well as being on dialysis now from this incident.
