Help Mike

Dear friends I am coming to y'all on behalf of my friend Mike Unruh. He is a 22 year old man with back issues that makes it difficult to work and enjoy life. He has tried many different things to find relief but none of them had a significant impact on improving his quality of life. Lately it seems his back pain has become worse. Since the medical establishment in the States has been unable to help him and upon consultation with others, he is seeking to go to Germany for a disc replacement. The operation and travel expenses comes to roughly 34,000 USD. Any donations to help with this expense would be greatly appreciated.
