A Celebration Of Life Larry Eli Weatherspoon Jr. May 4th 1988 - December 7th 2018 Bridge of Hope Community Church 1925 N 11th St, Kansas City, KS 66104 Friday December 21st @ 10 a.m. Those of you who know Larry ( Eli ), know that he is one great guy! Whether making music for the Lord or blessing others, he has always remained positive. He had first been diagnosed with T Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma last October 2017. Since then he has spent every week in and out of the hospital receiving very intense chemo treatments. T Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma is a VERY RARE cancer especially amongst adults. A few months ago the cancer seemed to of went away and everything was looking well. Recently Larry was re-diagnosed with Lymphoma that has now spread to his brain. The doctors are giving him only MONTHS to live as the cancer is SUPER AGGRESSIVE. He was given a cancer free diagnosis, but Sadly, “C” has returned and it looks like the treatment is going to be more challenging than the first time. This week he is making the decision to take the chemo treatment on his brain or just spend the remaining few months he would have to live without the harsh treatment. WE BELIEVE GOD HAS SO MUCH MORE IN STORE FOR HIS LIFE AND THAT HE CAN BE HEALED! He has a fiancé and four kids that love and depend on him. His fiancé Priciliana works, but $ is very low due to all they are facing. We are raising funds for 3 primary reason. 1. In essence, Larry will be out of work as he is fighting for his life. The last thing we want is Larry worrying about is the financial toll this will have on him. We want him to focus on beating “C”s ass! And being healthy. 2. While Larry has health insurance, there are many related expenses that his family needs help with. ( house, medicine, other associated bill etc ) 3. Any remaining funds will be used to help with his family and to help find them a place to live as they are in a very tough situation right now.
