Help Marissa Recover

For months, my mom Marissa has been dealing with severe stomach illness and abdominal pain with no answers. This past week, she was taken to the ER and admitted for emergency appendix removal. The surgery was successful, but unfortunately her pain would not get under control, and she had to return to the hospital for what would be another week of being admitted, hooked up to constant fluids and meds, and having another exploratory surgery to try to find the cause of the pain.

She is now home and resting, but needs financial help. She is someone who will drop everything for anyone else and doesn't like to ask for help herself, but the extended stay away from home and work has taken a toll on her. She currently works as a caregiver while she manages her salsa business, and has not been able to work for the past several weeks. She will also be out of work for at least the next three weeks as she recovers. Any help with rent, groceries, medical bills, and any future expenses would be so appreciated by her and our family. She has been feeling very supported with prayers, texts, and calls by everyone, and we are so grateful for everyone who has reached out.
