Raise money for dementia uk

Hi, my name is Sam and I am raising money for Dementia UK by competing in Weymouth’s Ironman 70.3. Dementia Uk are a charity organisation that provides support and information to families facing dementia. One in two of us will be affected by dementia in our lifetime. Either by caring for someone with the condition, developing it ourselves, or both. This is something which is close to my heart as it has effected very close family members.

By competing in the Ironman 70.3, i am participating in a triathlon event that includes a 1.2-mile(1.9km) swim, a 56-mile(90km) bike ride, and a 13.1-mile(21.1km) run.
