Hi - My name is Jade Thomas. I am a native of Massachusetts, currently living in Rhode Island. I am raising money for my father who recently passed away on May 6, 2025, in his home. He was found by my aunt in his room in his favorite chair.

Unfortunately, my father did not have any life insurance toward the end of his life. I am asking for funds to cover the cost of the funeral. My dad didn't think he was going to pass away anytime soon, believing he had time.

My father loved life, he was caring, a hard worker, would talk to anyone he would come in contact with. He was a father of 2 children, Chanel(deceased) and Jade Thomas. Towards the end of his life, he remained optimistic, positive that everything was going to be ok despite the things he was going through in his home. He didn't sweat the small things; he didn't allow the cares of this world to affect him. Everything seem to just roll off his back, nothing bothered him or at least from what I could tell. I know he didn't mean for me to pick up the cost of the funeral, but he thought he had time.
