Hello, my name is Cindy Thompson and I have established this account for my daughter's family, the Brashiers.  Megan and Marc have had a lot hit them all at once and they are now struggling just to keep their family together and fed. 

In September, their only car was totalled by a  man running a red light.  His insurance company has refused to pay for their claim, even though the witness statements and police report all reflect that it was clearly his fault.  Megan was almost 8 months pregnant at the time and had to be taken to a hospital in another city to keep her from going into labor.  Marc suffered back injuries which were treated by a chiropractor at the advice of the lawyer they hired to represent them.
Progressive, the other insurance company continued to deny the claim.

We gave them some money to purchase an old truck, just for Marc to be able to get to work.   This past Sunday, the truck hydroplaned and he lost control.  He hit two electric poles before the truck came to a stop.

The injuries to Marc are significant.  He has a broken hand and two fractured vertebrae in his back.  He can no longer work, so they have no income.  They have no car, so Megan cannot get anywhere to look for a job.  She cannot leave Marc at home with the kids, anyway because he cannot lift the baby or their 4 year old, Tyler.

Between the accidents and Marc's injuries, their situation is grave.  Any money collected will go towards groceries and utillities and to getting them a car so that they can at least have transportation .

These kids need help in a big way.  As their family, we will do all we can but we need all the help that we can get.  Please consider helping this family.
