Kwaku's Knee Surgery

I need to undergo emergency surgery on Wednesday 21st April, for my right Knee . I suffered an injury (Patela rapture) from a flagrant foul someone committed on me whilst playing basketball last Thursday. I have insurance but my deductible is very high and i have to pay it before I am booked in for the surgery. I am really suffering in much pain. Pleeease help!!!  Any amount towards my deductible is welcome and highly appreciated.
