Help With Attorney fees.

Cannot Afford Attorney Fees .

My Son was in a accident with a motorcycle the motorcycle driver didn't survive  . My son was driving on a suspended license, so they want to charge him with causing death while driving on a suspended license . My son is not a criminal he has never been in jail or arrested.

Yes he is guilty of driving on a suspended license, But this was truly a unfortunate accident.
