In Loving Memory of Alexandra Kiss.

Alexandra Kiss was a gifted artist and architect, and a loving mother, wife, and friend. If you knew Alex, you know how deeply she cared, how fiercely she showed up, and how strong she was—especially when it was hard.

After a courageous yearlong battle with an aggressive form of colon cancer, Alexandra passed away peacefully at home in Toronto on September 2, 2025, in the company of husband Amir.

This fundraiser was originally created to support Alex’s medical care. Thanks to your generous donations, we were able to help cover essential expenses—specialist consultations, travel for second and third opinions, and end-of-life care. We are deeply grateful for every contribution.

Going forward, this campaign will continue in Alexandra’s name to support her daughter Sophie, and to help ensure she has the stability and access to education and care that Alex worked so hard to provide.

Alex was endlessly devoted to Sophie. She drew strength from being a mother and always placed Sophie’s future at the center of her decisions. We now hope to carry that legacy forward together.
