Kyle's Road to Recovery: Your Help Needed
Donation protected

On October 21, 2024, at 7:00pm, my son Kyle was driving his 2019 Kawasaki motorcycle less than two miles from his home on Lemay Ferry Rd. Just as he was about to go through a green light at the intersection of Victory Rd, someone turned left pulling directly into his path. The only thing he remembers was trying to slow down and look for a way out.
The coward who hit him, took off leaving Kyle for dead. Thankfully, there were bystanders nearby who ran to his aid and called 911.
What I found when they finally allowed me in the ER was a man in excruciating pain being injected with a host of medications (fentanyl, morphine, oxycodone and other medications) all to no avail. Kyle had a broken femur that required immediate surgery. He also has a broken clavicle, a pneumothorax, broken bones in his back, and a great deal of road rash. 12 days later he is standing and moving slowly with a walker and back brace.
This hit and run crash has left Kyle with extensive medical bills along with the loss of his motorcycle. He is currently unable to work and his recovery could take months.
This incident will financially devastate him. It could have been the last time my grandson and I ever heard his voice. I thank God he is still here.
All donations will be greatly appreciated and will assist him in all aspects of his recovery.
