HELP SCOTT SMILE AGAIN

Hi, my name is Scott and I am raising money for my oral surgery. I am 73 years old and have many medical issues including my teeth which have always been softer than normal which has caused me to have numerous dental procedures during my life. About 12 years ago I had to go on government disability which meant no dental coverage. During the last few years I have been losing teeth to decay, broken and cracked teeth, as well as loose ones that have fallen out. There are now only a few types of food I can eat which complicates my ability to maintain proper blood glucose level to fight my Type 2 diabetes. I am in pain due to cavities. It goes against my nature of being self-reliant, but now I must ask for donations to help me get back to a normal life. Thank you for any help you can give.
