Dream tail to bring joy to kids!

Hi all,

My passion is to bring joy to children and also to protect our reefs and oceans so our future children can enjoy the same things we do and have the same opportunities.

I want to bring joy to children to allow them to believe in there dreams and so they can achieve whatever they want in life also to inform and tell them about the ocean and what we can do to protect it. 

With the ocean each year more creatures are getting extinct and the ocean is getting more polluted thanks to the things we use on farms and on the land and it is affecting the lives of the creatures in the ocean. We are killing sharks because yes they take some lives but we are affecting the balance of the ocean. Japan killing the whales means they could get close to being extinct. Oil spills from ships and rigs damage and kill ocean life and affect the birds in the skys that rely on fish to live. We need to do more if our future children are to have the same experiences we get to enjoy and have. If we keep going the way we have then our future children won't get to have those opportunities they will just know about creatures that used to excist but they will never get to see them.

I also want to inform our current children about the ocean and the amazing creatures out there and share with everyone the experiences you can gain in the ocean through my mermaid page Mermaid Silverlilly!

Through this page I plan on sharing my experiences of the ocean and the creatures out there, videos of other mermaids doing there part for the ocean and my creative ideas and projects for mermaid tops and jewellery etc in the future.

I have lived the last nine years with an ankle injury that is finally getting better and I now have the chance to get out and achieve my dreams and make the world a better place! I refuse to give up on those dreams. And will do everything in my power to achieve them.

If you could please help me on the way to achieving these dreams I would be more than grateful and I hope to help make a change in the world and give our kids a chance to enjoy the world we are now living in.

If we don't do something then they will never know or experience what we have and life will be all the more sadder for that.
