Kustard's Recovery

Kustard is the sassiest kitty I have ever met. Affectionate, playful, mischievous, and the light of our world.

I was gifted flowers, and was unaware that they had a lily in them. For those of you who don't know (as first time cat parents we did not), lilies are fatally poisonous to cats. Once we noticed she had gotten to the pollen, we rushed her to the emergency room. Kustard then had to be admitted for two days. Over the next two days she will be getting infusions, medications, and be closely monitored, all in hopes that she can come out of this ok. I cannot even describe the level of pain and fear I experienced in seeing her little face the past hour.

It is no secret that pet medical bills are astronomical, and while we wish we had the funds to pay this bill alone, we do not, and are turning to our loved ones. Absolutely anything will help.
