We are heartbroken to announce the untimely passing of Kurt Kakaviska, beloved son, brother, uncle, friend, and coach. Kurt quietly slipped away in his home on November 26, 2023. Kurt made a lasting impact on all that he met with his big smile, quick wit, and infectious laugh. Known as "Coach K" to many, he touched everyone with his big heart. In his honor, we would like to raise funds to start a scholarship in his name.

A public Celebration of Life gathering will be held at Treetops Resort in Gaylord, MI; Sunday, December 17th from 2-7pm in the Oak Room.
