As you know life can sometime take a different direction and completely be life changing as we know it.

We are reaching out to you today on behalf of two of our family members, Kurt and Haley Melvin.

Kurt the main provider was involved in a freak accident which has left him unable to work and provide for his wife. Haley as well has not been able to work due to a health condition that had required surgery and time off from her employment. Kurt’s recovery process will involve multiple medical procedures, therapy, and much needed ongoing care.

Your generosity and support will help with their unpaid medical expenses, rehabilitation cost and any other necessary treatments.
