My name is Natasha Denison. I am starting this fundraiser for my neices and nephew; Tori, Jesse, Clara and Sophia Denison.
For those that don't know this family-
Their father Deno, has been incarcerated for a couple years and won't be home for up to another 5. This last weekend their mother died unexpedtedly.
Clara and Sophia are currently attending school in Davenport.
Tori is 20 years old and on her second year of college. She receives very minimal funding for her schooling.
Jesse is 18 and had plans to go to college this year. Now he is reconsidering and looking for a job.
Tori has been a wonderful big sister, helping her mother take care of her siblings. She wants to continue to do so in her passing. The kids want to stay together in the home they were renting with their mother. They don't want to be separated. This is a lot for 2 young adults, but we are respecting their wishes and helping anyway we can.
The way I feel we can help them do this is to alleviate some of the financial strain.
We are working on getting the kids set up with Food Stamps and Assistance. None of these things can be done until we get a death certificate. The coroner said this could take up to 10 weeks due to the circumstances of death.
As of right now our goal is to get crystals services paid for as she had no life insurance.
The kids rent and utilities paid ahead as much as possible.
Get their mothers car fixed up to be safe and reliable.
Please keep these kids in your thought and prayers as this is going to be a long difficult road ahead. Anything is greatly appreciated.
