Bubba and his brother Buddy were graciously rescued from a horribly neglectful life about 1 year ago, by my amazing mother and father in-law, Melonie & Russell. When Bubba was a puppy, he suffered an eye injury that was never addressed by the previous owners. Recently, Bubba had woken up and was unable to get out of bed and was showing signs of being in a lot of pain, which led my in-laws to take him to the vet where they came to find out that his retina had become detached and that it was best to remove his eye. Melonie and Russell knew that it was in Bubbas best interest to get him the surgery that he needed, regardless of the financial burden it would put on them. That being said, I am creating this GoFundMe in hopes to help relieve this financial burden for them. They do SO MUCH for these sweet boys, and I feel like as family and as a community, we can come together to help THEM in this time of need.
