Trying to save Kumasi's Kidneys

I setup a GoFundMe Account because I really need some help. My health has not been all that great and I really need help getting back on my feet. EveryOne knows that I have sickle cell and now I'm on dialysis as well. Over the past year I have been on dialysis. It has been a very hard year trying to get everything under control. January of 2015 my kidneys where functioning at 70%. Everything was fine. I had surgery on my right hip in April and my doctor said they went down to 30% but they started to climb back up after the surgery. He believes that because my body was under so much trauma from the surgery that's why they went down to 30%. In November of that year my kidneys went down to 15% and I've just been getting worse and worse since. I believe it was December that I started to go on dialysis. At first it was okay my body was retaining fluid in my legs so my legs were swollen all day. And then it moved to my chest and my lungs were holding fluid. If I laid face down my face would be swollen with fluid I lay on my side one side but all the swelling with fluid. Every month the food will be in a different spot and it was quite uncomfortable. Now the fluid retained in my stomach so it looks like I'm 6 months pregnant. All the time. Before I had kidney failure I will only have to go to the hospital 4 times out of the year and that was mainly when the weather changed from season to season but now I have been going to the hospital at least once a month and it is because with sickle cell I supposed to stay hydrated and with being on dialysis I can't drink like I used to . If I drink too much the fluid retained in my body and it goes to my lungs and I can't breathe. My heart starts beating irregular. If I don't drink enough I have a bad Sickle Cell crisis. It is just a balancing act that is hard to get adjusted to. For 35 years I've been told just to drink drink drink drink drink and now it's hard to adjust to my new life. The reason I'm asking for help is because my mom always said a closed mouth don't get feed and I don't want my health to get worse when I had the opportunity to try to do something about it. I heard about this tea called Old path that is helping people with their illnesses. One of my best friend that is a nurse told me about the tea. Her patience been having a good results with the tea. I told a friend of the family about it and she started to get it for her father who is having kidney failure and his kidneys have been doing better with the tea. it is helping one of my friends with their kidney function. The only thing is that this tea cost $80 per gallon of tea. I want to take the tea at least for a period of time to see if it works for me. It says that you only drink the tea and you shouldn't drink 8 ounces of it anytime you drink any fluids. I also need help with transportation to and from dialysis. My truck was breaking down a whole lot and I can't afford to keep it up. I have been using Uber and Lyft to get to dialysis and that is becoming very expensive. It run about $20-$30 dollars a day. I have applied for Access and had an appointment on the 3rd of this month but they did not show up to pick me up. One of my friends has a car that I can get but I need help paying for it and I really want to get this car. If you can help me out with this I truly appreciate it. This is hard because I don't like to tell people that I am in need of help but I really need the help. I want to say thank you in advance for any that you can help me with and I just ask if you can keep me in your prayers.
