Help Toby Get Life-Saving Surgery

My name is Toby. My owner was going to euthanize me due to the mounting costs of my hospital bills. My owner was convinced to surrender me to an employee at the hospital so I could live on to get continued care. I currently need a cystotomy because I have stones in my bladder, antibiotics to get rid of the urinary tract infection it has caused as well as after care once I make it through surgery.
