Hi my name is Leif Keen Eleason from Edm.Ab Canada.we have all papers to show,
we real and the problem is real raising money to cover a lawyer. .i don't lie and hate asking for anything.rather a lawyer instead of money but she out on street with her dog so I have a friend who iv been a wittness to several concerns about how landlord was ignoring her complaints about a sewer leak that started 2 months after she moved in.after 1st complaint it took another 2 months to get companies maintenance to see what problem was.after a 2'x3' hole under kitchen sink was cut out and so much just slippery black sludge it stunk so bad.not there so cuts a 1'x1' on the roof right above toilet and same on vertical wall mirrored exposing the junction from there toilet drain and partial pipe. he finds leak on angle that there toilet right above was attached to so he gets a 3"rubber seal and screw clamps it on.jyst slowed leak down that's it .now there's still one more leak soaking the roof above shower so cuts a 2'X2' hole right above shower head exposing the tub drain.so much mold at least 70sqft was moist slimey stinky material .the leak so bad it pooled and when u would walk on laminate floor it would seep threw so had to always wear handles shoes 1 hour everyday was cleaning brown dripped on wall floor tub and toilet constantly has to burn incense ,it just masked problem.so after he cut holes finds problem and it's determined that tenant took off drain catch and didn't use the special tool .if you don't suck the tub right to rubber seal it's just gunna drain out sides.my friend Paulette is her name complained that the guy upstairs was letting not one but 3 or 4 other people live there on who was a young girl 16 18 years old he picked right out the dumpster and offered her to come in and use his shower.hes a 65 year old man and they do crack.dont have a cell so actual tenant and his other live in friends company all come up side right infront of Paulette's window because she on the ground all hrs throw rocks yell to get let in.complaints went unheard actually Paulette got the blame for fights that where happening upstairs.not only that incidences where they rip if and a angry person throws a rock missed there's and goes right threw Paulette's almost hitting her cat.so back to the leak .so tub was fixed but still leaked because fix it guy tightened it but if a seal is not pressed properly it will still leak and did just slower.didnt help that half the homeless population where having showers up stairs .and because hole cut that never got covered till I did it for her cuz I could get and our dog where getting sick.at first we didn't know what water it was then bandit (dog) would walk threw then lick his paws.now he's bloated can't make it up Belemy hill he's breathing funny and his eyes are worse.this making me mad because before maintance left not covered holes.called Debora Landlord and said " you have to move her now it's so bad.she can't stay here .he said she will come with inspector soon 8 months later after many more complaints and we ended up covering holes with plastic and wood but they soaked they did nothing about laminate flooring.floiring that should have never been used on a bathroom floor.shows how cheap they are just bandage fixes.si 8 months later a certified mold guy there with Debora his crew tapes with tuck tape the holes and sprays a chemical on them when done Paulette Debora and mold guy I was in room but could here he says to her I don't know but she should not have been living here 1 day after holes where cut 8 months earlier..damage is done so Debora says t Paulette ok u can keep key move to 1 have to be moved in 2 days and can't sleep here no more.do paulette goes with landlord to look at unit 1 it's half the size so they agree Paulette can store stuff and use key to use bathroom still because unit 1 doesn't work.5 days down hall to pee so the rest of agreement was 100 for cleaning #1 cuz it flooded her first month here from outside drain that was right outside it's window.they put new floors and paint witch it's bubbling so mold in here too??but the kicker was 100 per month off she had to live in that plus 200 for all the cleaning of the poop and pee water she has to walk on everyday .and finally she bring the lease on 1st and they settle all financials.Paulette was still gunna pay 1000dollars when she opened door instead of a new lease and being on the plus for first time because she was homeless every year but 2 since COVID .so paying her rent on time and keeping a place a year was a proud moment for her.well only Paulette's luck instead of a lease a eviction notice for not paying rent disturbing other tenants quality of safety?? And damage .I was there then to Paulette's like not paying rent what and say here 1000 Debora says no money want you gone.wow I moved her Less the 3 weeks later after a year paying on time living in shit and piss ,oh and cockroaches everywhere.bug guys had to come in 2 times a month.paulettes a big reason why they got rid of the roaches.she was deligent on keeping traps and following instructions.eviction was full of lies to tarnish her neme they keeping her damage tried to amend 3x judges only believe her.and are doing nothing about all the inconsistencies in answers and paperwork all off .so landlord tenant judges are landlord judges.they don't even hear tenant that's wrong.cuz three judges comply with Debora because Debora says she made no such deal.si Paulette's lieing I'm a witness doesn't even call me in.well by 4 pm today she's got to have 900 or her sick dog cat and she can't even get out of bed she's been fighting for days.if they just send a mold guy of there own they would see she telling truth.iv never heard Paulette lie about anything.they should have moved her 8 months earlier when she was in lease and had ins coverage .because she was moved new lease had to drawn up so by moving her her lease is done they evict her because she a liability.she needs a lawyer to stop this more then money bonus no copy of tox report was giving to anybody in building nor was anybody told .her mold guy the guy above had to move and the person above too.there still there with animals.Yorkton management Debora the dictator of the shit hole 9914- Belemy hill EDM ab. [phone redacted]..she should be in hand cuffs I feel if I did that I would be .and the worst thing is judges bought the not paying rent when Paulette can prove she did.judge all for landlord.and if we prove Debora to in the wrong what happens to them .?? Help her please I'm doin all her packinand have giving every penny I can to help .it's her dog that's suffering the most.god bless sorry it's so long iv never asked for help in this way before.
