Kuda and Akumas route to Home

Hi my name is Max myself and my wife Kearah are PCSing back to the states from a 4 year tour in japan. Due to the military not having available spaces for our two dogs to fly back with us they will not cover the pets travel. We do not want to rehome our two dogs Akuma and kuda (age 3) they are our family and we have raised them. We have been quoted $9500$ for a transport company to ship them. Putting us in a very rough spot with our daughter on the way in March we can not afford to take them. Anything helps to get them home.
