Gwen’s Transition Fund

Over the last four years I have finally sought out the gender-affirming care I’ve needed for so long. It’s incredible how much the depression and anxiety I had always struggled with have been alleviated in that time, and the comfort I feel in my body and my emotional alignment now just can’t be put into words. Transition has saved my life. 

Transition was the hardest, but the best choice I’ve ever made and I am filled with the deepest gratitude for any and all assistance that comes my way. Thank you!
