Hi Everyone,

Unfortunately, my BFF, my baby sister has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Some of you may know this already and for some it may come as a shocking bit of news – it has affected all of us so deeply and she doesn’t deserve any of this.
She is still waiting on some final results and an MRI scan to confirm it hasn’t spread, before she has to undergo surgery, intense chemotherapy, radio therapy and hormone treatment.

As most of you know, Meg is the most caring, loving person and will put anyone above herself to make sure that they’re okay. Even when faced with such a horrendous battle, she continues to advocate for her precious son Archie, who is on the autism spectrum and has complex needs.
For the last 3 years Meg has been fighting for a place in a specialist school for him, however her greatest fear is that this won’t be achieved by the time her treatment starts. She is Archie’s full time carer and has devoted all of her love to him and Hanna – it’s only right that we show her that same love in this terrible time.

Archies and Hanna’s father will understandably need time off work to care for Archie, Meg and the rest of the family, along with all the other day to day things that they’re going to have to juggle.
We’re asking for any donations, no matter how big or small, to help ease the financial stress that they’re inevitably going to face over this period of time. Having some additional financial support will take a lot of stress off Meg’s shoulders, extra stress she does not need right now.
This is a terrible situation and stress is going to take its toll at some point. We want to make sure that Meg knows everything is being looked after, so she can focus all of her energy into getting better and beating cancer. Please, donate what you can to help her out – we thank you for reading and for supporting us during this difficult time.
