Cause

Hotel con Corazón supports local communities by investing in education. In our two hotels, Granada, Nicaragua, and Oaxaca, Mexico, we use most of our profits to support adolescents in completing their schooling and choosing a career.

Support

In Nicaragua, we could use some extra help again this year from our wonderful community of supporters. Although our profits have been increasing in recent years, they haven't been sufficient to fully support scholarships for all the students in our education program. That's why Onno&Marcel, founders of Hotel con Corazón, organise this fundraiser.

To give an idea of the costs of scholarships in Nicaragua:

• With € 25 (US$ 27,50) a high school/technical education student receives a scholarship for half a month

• With € 50 (US$ 55) a high school/technical education student receives a scholarship for one month

• With € 100 (US$ 110) a university student receives a scholarship for one month

We aim to raise € 10,000 through this fundraiser for the coming school year, of a total of € 25,000 that is required for 2024.

You can support our students by donating one of the suggested amounts mentioned above. However, please feel free to contribute any amount you are comfortable with. Every contribution, regardless of its size, will have a meaningful impact and bring us closer to achieving our goal.

Join us in making a difference in the lives of our talented students and their families!

We wish you happy holidays and all the best for the year to come.

Thank you,

The Hotel con Corazón Team
