Zoe's Surgery Fund

My name is Jen and I suffer from multiple autoimmune disorders including lupus. In a nutshell, my immune system is attacking itself and, as a result, I have no immunological protection. I was also born with low antibodies including IgG and IgA which leaves me with an overall chronic immunodeficiency syndrome. I have had a brain tumor removed and another has appeared and it is inoperable at this time. This tumor and the previous scar tissue cause me to have epileptic seizures. A majority of my medical expenses are not covered at my stage of treatment. 
 
My dog Zoe, an Australian labradoodle, has been with me for seven years and can predict when I am about to have a seizure (she is an NSAR Service Animal). When she alerts me I have a few precious seconds to ready myself to safety and call for help.

Zoe needs to have surgery to correct a recessed vulva, which is causing, numerous bladder infections leading to kidney stones and she is becoming antibiotic resistant. This surgery will assist in abating these infections. Without surgery and not being able to treat these infections, Zoe will go into kidney failure.

Zoe is an important family member to me and to my 13 year-old son. I am asking for your help to get Zoe the surgery she needs so that she can continue to alert me to my seizures and continue to be a part of our family.
