Our fourth grade, public school classroom needs your help building a treehouse!
Our fourth grade classroom was in desperate need of a makeover so the students decided they wanted a treehouse to use for reading and studying.
Over a three-day weekend a fabulous parent super-headed a group of students/adults and graciously spent more than forty hours designing a 120 square-foot treehouse loft out of recycled/reclaimed redwood fence boards.
Our creation for the classroom is far from over and my forty-two fourth graders need your help completing their colossal project!
Your donation to our project would help pay for a multitude of things - from the pulley system that the students are creating to transport their books up-and-down the treehouse, to the swing that will hang from a treehouse wood beam, to the screws and wood we used to construct it.
I've always been told it takes a village to raise a child; thank you for considering being a part of ours.
