Hello Friends and Family,
I am here asking for your help. As many of you know, this past week all restaurants and bars have been forced closed due to the Covid-19 virus outbreak. Now they are projecting to be until April 19th!
Our option was to do take out, but I didn't feel it was safe for my employees to be traveling through town on public transit. Their safety is the most important to me.
In my many years of operating KTCHN DTLA, I have never asked for outside financial help. But my hands are tied and I have no other way to earn extra cash to help pay for my employees wages.
We have a small staff consisting of 9 individuals that are to me like my family. I am not asking for a lot, just enough to get us by in the meantime.
