Ksusha the cat that jumped from the 5th floor

Hi, my name is Lisa, and I am writing on behalf of my friend Denis. His cat Ksusha jumped out from the 5th floor apartment window, and was rushed to hospital. She has a broken leg that needs urgent surgery, inflammation on the lungs, and broken her teeth. She needs this surgery in order to recover from this deadly accident.
