This is Kayla,

she loves being outside, being active, and is very creative. Some of her hobbies include takewondo, ju jitsu, and shooting her bow with her dad.

Recently however she hasn’t been able to do any of those things because she’s been sick with E. coli with HUS complications. It’s a very rare disease that can be quite harmful and could have lasting effects for the rest of her life.

She has been cheerful even through the many setbacks in her recovery. Her parents work hard and have always been the ones to offer help to those in need. If you know them, you know that they hardly ever ask for help. For those of you who have expressed a desire to help, please feel free to donate whatever you can for her ever increasing medical expenses.

Anything helps and our family is extremely grateful for all the love we have received. Kayla can’t express how grateful she is for all of the friends, family, thoughts, prayers, and support she has received over these past few weeks.
