No matter where you are, the outbreak of COVID-19 has impacted everyone's daily life. As we self-quarantine around the nation, it is easy to feel helpless. This is why Kappa Sigma and Alpha Phi have decided to partner in this fundraiser to help ease the impact of COVID-19 on people less fortunate than we are in the Boston area. Any donation, regardless of size, makes a huge difference. Each dollar donated provides 3 meals for someone in need.
The Greater Boston Food Bank is a frontline responder to hunger during the coronavirus pandemic. With more schools and companies closing and residents being asked to self-isolate, the demand for food is increasing. The Greater Boston Food Bank is continuing to operate throughout this crisis, distributing healthy food through partner hunger-relief agencies ensuring that our neighbors (and friends) have an adequate supply of food.
Your support will help keep their warehouse open and able to distribute food to our most vulnerable neighbors.
