Sometimes life brings us to our knees, and it’s in those moments we need our community the most.

Rachel has always been our kind, empathetic, and humble coworker — the one who brings calm in chaos, lends a hand without being asked, and makes even the hardest days feel lighter. Now, she’s facing a serious health challenge, and it’s our turn to be there for her. Cancer is an unimaginable battle — one that takes a deep physical and emotional toll. The journey is long, often overwhelming, and no one should have to face it alone.

We’re raising $15,000 to help ease the financial burden that comes with medical care, time away from work, and the many unexpected costs that can pile up during times like this. As Rachel’s time with Beam, the company she has called home for a few years, comes to a close, she will be without a source of income and will be responsible for continuing her health insurance through COBRA — a significant and costly out-of-pocket expense.

These funds will go directly toward helping cover her insurance premiums, ongoing medical treatment, and day-to-day living expenses during this transition. Our goal is to give Rachel the space and support she needs to focus fully on healing, without the added stress of financial strain.
